Aus Asia Minerals (ASX:AQJ) listed on the ASX on the 17th December 2014, following a name change from Coal Fe Resources. The Company seeks to acquire resource assets which are either in production or near term production with a view to producing superior returns through increased production, consolidation or operational efficiencies. The current projects are in the Republic of Indonesia and include an Iron Ore and a High Calorie Coal project in West Sumatra, Indonesia. The company was put into administration in August 2017, but was successfully recapitalised and restructured in April 2018.
The company was later delisted from the ASX in March 2019 due to trade having been suspended for more than 3 years.
