Pivotal Metals (PVT, formerly Rafaella Resources) is an explorer and developer of world-class mineral deposits, which was established for the purpose of exploring and developing gold, cobalt, copper and other mineral opportunities.

It has a conditional right to acquire one mineral exploration project located in Yukon Territory, Canada (McCleery Project), and a 100% interest in one mineral exploration project located in Western Australia (Sandstone Project).

The company changed its name from Rafaella Resources to Pivotal Metals in November 2022.
