Ken Perry is a professional director who has previously held senior executive roles at VDM Group, Brandrill and the WA government. He also had 15 years of experience in senior management roles with Rio Tinto including as president of its Taiwanese steel mill, as director general of the Department of Minerals and Energy (WA) between 1994 and 1997, and had worked for merchant bank Resource Finance Corporation.
