Judy Hogben AM has over 40 years of connection to the community and the human services sectors. She has been a volunteer, senior executive and chief executive in government and non-government enterprises.
In six years as chief executive of The Centre for Cerebral Palsy, Ms Hogben has championed the centre’s onsite research, design and manufacturing capabilities to benefit families and people with a disability.
Through her Early Powered Mobility Project, she established an alliance with UK-based Designability (the Bath Institute of Medical Engineering) to distribute its Wizzybug, a battery-powered, motorised ‘buddy’ that the Centre customises for an individual’s needs.
Ms Hogben was the Western Australia winner of the Business Innovation category at the 2014 Telstra Business Women Of The Year award, and a national finalist.
In 2022, Ms Hogben was awarded a Member of the Order of Australia for significant service to people with disability, to seniors, and to children.
