John Hopkins

Non-Executive Chair / Universal Coal Resources

John Hopkins OAM has been a board member or chair of public-listed companies across Australia and Canada since 1985. He has extensive experience in the financing and development of gold, base metal, energy, mineral sands and other resource projects in Australia and overseas.Mr Hopkins is a Law graduate of the University of Western Australia, and was admitted to practice as a barrister and solicitor for more than 35 years. Mr Hopkins was awarded the Medal of the Order of Australia in January 2015 for services to golf and the minerals and resources sector.
