The company also focuses on base metal projects including:
- Pilbara Iron Ore Project in the Pilbara District
- Lake Carey gold project in the Laverton Tectonic Zone in Western Australia's North Eastern Goldfields
- Paterson project consisting of three exploration licenses covering an area of 849 square km in the Paterson Province of WA

The company changed its name from Midas Resources to Hammer Metals in April 2014.
