RareX is an ASX-listed specialist rare earths company focussed on developing the Cummins Range Rare Earth Project in the East Kimberly region of Western Australia.
Under former name Clancy Exploration, the company engaged in the exploration and development of copper, gold, and base metal properties in Australia. The Company moved its registered office to Orange, NSW in May 2015.
In September 2019 the Clancy Exploration was renamed Sagon Resources following the acquisition of RareX Pty Ltd, which had acquired the Cummins Range asset from Element25, and relocated back to Perth. The Sagon changed its name to RareX in December that year.
