Ian Macliver is an experienced corporate adviser and professinal director. He was executive chair of Grange Consulting Group and Grange Capital Partners until 2023, when the business was acquired by Automic Group. ASX companies he has chaired include MMA Offshore, Western Areas, Otto Energy and Emeco Holdings.
He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Australia and a Post Graduate Diploma from the Securities Institute of Australia.
Mr Macliver is a Senior Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia, and a Fellow of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
