Gabrielle Iwanow

Gabrielle Iwanow is a mining executive with extensive experience working at senior operational and executive levels within the bulk and base metals resource sector.
Ms Iwanow had a lengthy career with global mining giant Rio Tinto and with ASX-100 mining company OZ Minerals where she has been the general manager of its Prominent Hill operation in South Australia since September 2018. She then became managing director and chief executive of Mincor Resources from November 2022 to September 2023, and has been the president of Perenti’s contract mining division since November 2023.
Ms Iwanow is a Fellow of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy, and was named as one of the Top-100 Global Inspirational Women in Mining in 2020.
