Francis De Souza has over 2 decades of experience in financial services, specialising in corporate advisory and equity markets with a specific focus in the resources sector. He had also facilitated a number of resource transactions ranging from reverse takeovers, project evaluations through to capital raisings and initial public offerings.
Mr De Souza was the co-founder of Otsana Capital, a boutique advisory firm specialising in mergers and acquisitions, capital raisings and IPOs; and a co-founder of Appstablishment Software Group, a startup venture that was later acquired by ASX-listed Spenda.
