Board changes at Ascot

Ascot Resources has appointed James McClements, Shahb Richyal and Nathan Featherby to the board as non-executive directors, following the acquisition of the Wonmunna Iron Ore project last month.

Previous Ascot Resources managing director Andrew Caruso has assumed the role of executive director and will be responsible for facilitating the development of the Wonmunna project, and Francis DeSouza has moved from a non-executive directorship at the company to executive director, corporate.
