Clive Bowman

Clive Bowman is based in Sydney and is chief executive of IMF Bentham Australia and Asia. Mr Bowman also heads IMF Bentham's case selection committee and investment managers committee. Mr Bowman has a degree in economics and an honours degree in law from the Australian National University. He also holds a graduate diploma in Applied Finance and Investment from the Securities Institute of Australia and has completed the IPAA Advanced Insolvency course. Mr Bowman became involved in litigation funding in 1997 and has been instrumental in the formation and development of the company as the leading litigation funder.
