Chris MacKinnon is a qualified accountant and corporate lawyer with over 15 years of professional and corporate experience within the energy and resources industries. He has previously held senior corporate finance roles in mid-cap ASX-listed companies; spent 10 years in investment banking and private legal practice in Perth and Melbourne; and has worked on over 15 completed transactions within the oil and gas, metals and mining and industrials sectors.
He has also advised top tier clients on asset acquisitions and divestments, corporate takeovers, equity capital markets, commercial strategy, contract negotiations and ASX compliance.
Mr MacKinnon is a Certified Practising Accountant with a degree in Law and Arts, and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance from KAPLAN.
