Beauty business more than looks
The growth of the cosmetic medicine industry has led two Perth entrepreneurs to expand their businesses in order to tap into more of the nation’s $6 billion annual spend.

Dr Anh Nguyen is a plastic surgeon, entrepreneur and educator.
She is also the founder of Dr Anh Plastic Surgery and Medical Aesthetics, and the Dr Anh skincare, sanitiser and Lash Boss ranges.
A Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons, Dr Anh is committed to driving innovation and raising the bar in plastic surgery standards and training. She is a consultant plastic surgeon at Joondalup Health Campus, Hollywood Private Hospital and St John of God Mt Lawley Hospital; and also conducts emergency trauma surgeries and skin cancer reconstructions at Fiona Stanley Hospital, where she’s training the next generation of plastic surgeons.
Dr Anh is a winner of the Telstra Business Woman of the Year 2017, and the Business News 40under40 People’s Choice Award in 2015. She was inducted into the WA Women’s Hall of Fame in 2023.
