Joondalup Health Campus (JHC) was established in June 1996 when the Western Australian Government appointed Health Care of Australia to operate the existing Wanneroo Hospital and transform it into a modern health care facility.
Joondalup Health Campus is managed by Ramsay Health Care, Australia’s largest private hospital operator. Ramsay Health Care holds a 20-year contract to provide a range of services to public patients at Joondalup Health Campus.
