Andrew Mirco is an experienced corporate finance and business development executive, with a background in financing, M&A, and risk management.
Mr Mirco was appointed head of business development at Deep Yellow in May 2021. Prior to that, he was the executive commercial manager of Argosy Minerals for over 2 years, and the general manager of corporate development & investor relations at Paladin Energy for over 10 years where he played an integral part in the inorganic growth of Paladin, execution of M&A opportunities and asset sales, and led the project debt financing for its mine developments.
