Artemis to sell, list battery metals projects
GreenTech Metals is acquiring tenements from Artemis Resources ahead of an ASX listing next month, having launched an IPO to raise $5 million.
GreenTech Metals (GRE) is an exploration and development company established in 2021 to discover, develop and acquire resource projects to supply the growing demand from global electrification – driven largely by energy storage via batteries and electric vehicles.
GreenTech Metals listed on the ASX on 4 January 2022.
