Yari Minerals (YAR, formerly Consolidated Zinc and Newera Resources) is a minerals exploration company listed on the Australian Securities Exchange.
The company owns the Pilbara Lithium and Wandagee Projects located in the Pilbara and Gascoyne regions of Western Australia. The Pilbara Projects are highly prospective for lithium and is situated near two of the world's largest hard rock lithium deposits/mines and other deposits & occurrences near Marble Bar.
Until April 2023, its major focus was in Mexico where it owned and operated the Plomosas Mine in Mexico before being sold to Impact Silver Corp, with Yari Minerals retaining an interest in the Project.
The company changed its name from Newera Resources to Consolidated Zinc in June 2015, and then to Yari Minerals in April 2023.
