Bannerman aims for project ownership
Uranium hopeful Bannerman Resources is looking to take full ownership of the Etango project in Africa and become debt free, through a deal with its two major shareholders.
Bannerman Energy (formerly Bannerman Resources) is an ASX- and NSX-listed company engaging in the exploration and development of uranium properties primarily in Namibia.
The company’s principal property consists of the 100%-owned Etango uranium project that covers an area of 500 square kilometres to the east of Swakopmund Town.
The company changed its name from Bannerman Resources to Bannerman Energy in July 2021 to reflect its focus on uranium and its continued commitment to the uranium sector and the nuclear power industry.
