Strategic Marine is a Western Australia-based shipbuilding company. It was established in 2001, evolving from the foundations of Geraldton Boat Builders. In 2014, Singapore company Triyards Holdings bought it's major assets, including its brand, intellectual property and shipbuilding yards in Vietnam and Singapore.
