Republic of Fremantle Distilling Co

The Republic of Fremantle is an urban distillery in the heart of Fremantle’s west end, opening its doors in December 2020.

Founders Jason Townes, Matt Giudice and John McVeigh strive to craft a range of gins from scratch, from grape to glass. Sourcing wines from Western Australian vineyards, the character of the grapes is carried through to the finished spirit.
