Perth Energy is an electricity and gas retailer in Western Australia servicing commercial and industrial clients. The company’s main asset is a 120MW dual-fuel peaking power station at Kwinana, which was commissioned in October 2010.
In September 2019, Perth Energy was wholly acquired by AGL Energy from former 80% owner Infratil and minority shareholders including Hoperidge Capital.
