Jon Biesse studied environmental science before ending up working in the broad field of strategy, finance and M&A, initially in the telco sector in New Zealand and later at industrial and agricultural conglomerate Futuris Corp in Adelaide. He later worked at Argonaut before becoming the inaugural investment manager for Hoperidge Capital, the family investment company of Navitas founder Rod Jones. It's understood that in 2023 he shifted to the family office of Angela Bennett.
