K2fly seeks ASX listing
A Subiaco-based asset management technology company is seeking an ASX listing through the reverse takeover and backdoor listing of Power Resources.
K2fly was an ASX-listed consulting systems integrator who targeted major WA-based companies and corporations. K2fly developed and implemented its own software including an enterprise land management solution called Infoscope. It also resold other companies' software and delivered consultancy & advisory services.
In October 2020, K2fly acquired WA mining software company SATEVA.
K2Fly was acquired by Accel-KKR in 2024 and merged into INX Software.
