West Perth based NuStar Mining Corporation Ltd officially merged with Canada's Intrepid Minerals Corporation yesterday.
Intrepid Mines Limited is a Newcastle-based, Zambia-focused minerals exploration and development company which is listed on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX Code: IAU). Intrepid was registered in June 1993 in Western Australia.
