City supports Humich’s CBD plan
The City of Perth has backed a $160 million proposal to revamp a strip of shops along Barrack Street on condition the heritage elements be protected.
The Humich Group is a family office with a diverse investment portfolio ranging from cattle enterprises to office buildings.
Investing mainly in Western Australian assets, the group has been successful in its investments over the decades and is looking to increase its asset base.
