ASIC sues insurer HCF Life
Not-for-profit insurance provider HCF Life is being sued by the corporate watchdog over alleged unfair contract terms that could mislead the public.
Founded in 1932, the Hospitals Contribution Fund of Australia (HCF) is a Sydney-based not-for-profit health insurance provider.
