Grill'd signs lease on Freo's cappucino strip
Grill’d Healthy Burgers is set to open in Fremantle in August, after signing a lease at 17 South Terrace.The burger joint’s lease was brokered by Burgess Rawson’s Jack Bennett, while commercial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

The Coffee Club will open in Fremantle, motorcyle retailer Monza Imports in Bibra Lake, and Rockingham-based building products firm EnduraClad will move to Henderson, under three separate leasing deals announced by agencies Burgess Rawson and Knight Frank.
