Gold Valley Group is a diversified Australian based company with interests in mining, agriculture and energy. Gold Valley Iron is currently developing the Yarram Iron Ore deposit in the Northern Territory and has the right to mine the Ridges Iron Ore deposit owned by Kimberley Metals Group, in northern Western Australia. Gold Valley also recently announced a contractual arrangement with IndiOre (20 March, 2019) for the provision of processing the Ridges deposit. It also holds other mineral interests including Mt Holland Mining (Li/Au, WA), Mt Hampton Pty Ltd (gold, WA) and recently acquired the assets of Territory Resources Ltd.

Gold Valley owns a large vineyard in the Geographe region and has commenced a partnership with one of the largest integrated agribusiness groups in Western Australia, to export livestock feed to the Chinese market.

The Gold Valley Energy business was founded in 2018 to provide energy solutions to Gold Valley Holdings and other remote mine locations using Liquid Natural Gas, solar and batteries as sources of energy. Initially concentrating on the Northern Territory, GVE intends developing a micro LNG project. Kittyhawk LNG will produce LNG as an energy source for remote energy users and in particular mine sites using several megawatts or more power.
