Endeavour Homes

Endeavour Homes (previously known as Gemmill Homes), was established in 2004 and has regularly been in the top 10 home builders in Western Australia.

In 2015, Melbourne-based Simonds announced to the ASX that it planned to purchase Gemmill but that deal fell through in 2016.

In July 2019, majority shareholder John Wilson made an offer (which was accepted) to purchase the shareholding of managing director Craig Gemmill, and take full ownership of the business. The Company rebranded at the beginning of 2021.
