EV Resources (EVR, formerly Jadar Resources and Jadar Lithium) is a Perth-based ASX-listed company focused on Serbian lithium projects. It listed on the ASX in December 2017 following the reverse takeover of South East Asia Resources (SEAR).
SEAR was a resources-focused resource exploration company listed on the ASX and Frankfurt Stock Exchange. SEAR was building a resources portfolio with its cornerstone project Malala Molybdenum Project in the Toli Toli Province in North Sulawesi, Indonesia and interests in the Penajam East Coal Project in Penajam Regency of East Kalimantan, Indonesia.
The company changed its name from Jadar Lithium to Jadar Resources on 6 December 2019, and to EV Resources on 9 December 2021.
