Coda Minerals is an exploration company focused on the exploration, discovery and development of minerals in the base metals, precious metals and battery minerals sector.
Coda Minerals was formerly a wholly owned subsidiary of Gindalbie Metals. In March 2019 Gindalbie announced a deal under which it would be acquired by Ansteel, prior to which Coda would be demerged by way of a distribution to Gindalbie shareholders. Post implementation of the demerger, it was intended that Coda would be an exploration company with a clear focus on progressing Mt Gunson, in which it has a right to earn up to a 75% interest.
In October 2020, Coda listed on the ASX.
