Ding Sheng Xin Finance Co was the Australian-listed parent company of the Ding Sheng Xin Finance Group, a financing and non-financing guarantee services provider servicing small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and individuals in the People’s Republic of China.
Founded in China in 2005, the company has been a provider of financing guarantee services throughout China and has been the pioneer and practitioner of the mode of home decoration guaranteed loan without a mortgage. In May 2018 the ASX removed Ding Sheng Xin Finance from the official list.
