A technology company led by former Alinta Energy boss Bob Browning is seeking an ASX listing through a reverse takeover of Perth-based Cove Resources.

Castillo Copper has appointed Nicole Fernandes as a non-executive director and Tim Slate as its joint company secretary.Jack James has resigned as a non-executive director of the company. 

Chinese guarantee services company Ding Sheng Xin Finance has advised that WenFeng Tang will retire as executive director and chief operating officer. Winton Willesee will no longer be joint company secretary but remains on the board as chair.

Tony Howarth has resigned from the board of MMA Offshore. He was chair from 2006 to October 2017.

Harry Karelis has resigned as executive director of AusCann Holdings in order to concentrate on other business ventures. He was a founding director and played an active role in the start-up funding and corporate development of the business as well as the listing of AusCann on the ASX.

Australasian Resources has appointed Louisa Martino Youens as company secretary, following the resignation of Grant Ryan. Ms Youens provides company secretarial and accounting services to a number of listed entities through Indian Ocean Capital.

Chris Indermaur has joined the board of Austal as non-executive director. Mr  Indermaur has over 30 years of experience in engineering and commercial roles within large Australian companies.

Andrew Haslam and Martin Bryant have resigned as non-executive directors of BCI Minerals.Mark Woodall has retired as non-executive director of Carnegie Clean Energy.
