From its humble beginnings in Perth 25 years ago, Croissant Express has grown to become a Western Australian icon. The first Croissant Express Store was opened in Allendale Square back in August 1987. It is still going strong and is today part of WA’s leading cafe-bakery franchise. Croissant Express is an Australian owned and operated company and there are now over 20 stores in WA and one in Queensland, and we are always on the lookout for great locations. Their philosophy is Fast, Fresh and Friendly and all their stores are passionate about putting that into practise. All their products – including their bread – are baked in store every morning then filled with the freshest ingredients.
