EG Funds Management has lodged an application for a $135 million apartment complex, combining build-to-sell and build-to-rent dwellings.
Just 3km from Perth's CBD, the City of Vincent covers an area of 11.4 square kilometres.
It includes the suburbs of Highgate, Leederville, Mount Hawthorn, North Perth; and parts of Coolbinia, East Perth, Mount Lawley, Perth City, and West Perth.
