Australian Grains Champion is a consortium of growers and corporate interests, including cornerstone investors Graincorp and HRL Morrison & Co, that launched an unsolicited bid in early 2016 to corporatise and list WA grain storage and logistics cooperative CBH Group. AGC is supported and advised by a number of former CBH board members and executives and says that it aims to give CBH members the ability to choose the best ownership structure for WA grain growers in the current environment.
