1-Page was an ASX-listed tech company, established in its current form in 2014 through a reverse takeover of InterMet. It acquired US software business One-Page Company Inc, which proceeded to rack up big losses before being sold for $US1 in September 2017. In 2018 the company announced plans to acquire a German medicinal cannabis business, and delisted from the ASX with plans at the time to relist on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
