Peter Kent

Peter Kent is a financial, mergers & acquisitions expert and has raised approximately USD300m capital from public, private and bank sources. Mr Kent was also involved in several financial technology start-ups and managed a number of companies with significant international operations. In the last ten years, Mr Kent was chief executive and chief financial officer of Liquid Holdings Group, managing partner of Eladian Partners, and chief operating and chief financial officer of Automated Trading Desk which had a very successful exit to Citi® Group. Mr Kent was appointed chief operating and chief financial officer of 1-Page in 2016 and became chief executive in late 2016, but left the company in April 2017 due to cost cutting measures.
