Board Moves April 8, 2021

Enterprise property management platform provider AssetOwl has appointed Geoff Goldsmith as chief executive and Giuseppe Di Franco as executive director. Mr Goldsmith is a senior strategy and commercial executive with extensive leadership experience that spans over 25 years in large ASX-listed and private companies, as well as the public sector (Australian Defence Force), in Australia and internationally. He has been consulting to the company for four months prior. Mr Di Franco is a co-founder of AssetOwl’s subsidiary AssetOwl Technologies and the group’s chief technology officer. Andrew Lane, a director and vendor of AssetOwl Technologies prior to its acquisition by AssetOwl in December 2016, has resigned as non-executive director to have more time with his family. Mr Lane remains a substantial shareholder.

Nick Allan has resigned as chief financial officer and company secretary of Canyon Resources. He will remain in the company until 28 May to complete the company’s planned application for a mining permit from the Government of Cameroon for its Minim Martap Bauxite Project. Mr Allan will then join Resonance Health as chief financial officer and company secretary, replacing Agha Shahzad who has been with the company for almost 12 years. Resonance has also appointed current non-executive director Mitchell Wells as company secretary until Mr Allan commences on 31 May.

Delta Drone International has appointed Christian Viguié and Nicolas Clerc as non-executive directors. Mr Viguie, chair and chief executive of the company’s majority shareholder Delta Drone SA, was a financial analyst before forming several financial reporting companies. Mr Clerc, group chief financial officer of Delta Drone SA, has over 20 years of experience in accounting and audit firms. He joined the company in September 2017 as group administrative and finance director.

Shree Minerals has appointed Martin Bennett as technical director and chief geologist. Mr Bennett has extensive technical knowledge and experience in project management and leadership. He has worked in Australia, Africa, Canada and South East Asia; with a track record of successful discovery and acquisition.
