Tony Howarth has resigned from the board of MMA Offshore. He was chair from 2006 to October 2017.

Agha Shahzad Pervez is an experienced corporate accountant, chief financial officer and company secretary with over 10 years of experience working with ASX-listed companies.
Mr Pervez worked for a number of private companies before joining Resonance Health in December 2009 where he held numerous roles including as senior financial accountant, chief financial officer and company secretary. He left the company in April 2021 following his appointment as chief financial officer of newly incorporated Equinox Resources. In December 2021, he became the chief financial officer of Pathfinder Resources.
Mr Pervez holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, and a Masters of Commerce (Professional Accounting) from the University of Ballarat.
