David St Denis has been appointed chief operating officer of Admedus. He succeeds Julian Chick, who has resigned from the company. Mr St Denis is an accomplished senior healthcare leader with over 20 years of experience at regional and global levels within the life sciences and pharmaceutical sectors. He will be based in Minneapolis and leads the company’s global operations.
Berkut Minerals has announced the resignation of Michael Bohm as non-executive chair, with current non-executive director Justin Tremain taking over the role of chair.
Cash Converters International has made several changes to its senior management team as the company enters a strategic transition phase. Current chief operating officer, financial services Martyn Jenkins will become chief financial officer; Brad Edwards was appointed general counsel and company secretary; and Ralph Groom, current chief financial officer and company secretary, will be leaving after more than 20 years of service.
Doug Young has retired from his role as executive director of Euroz after more than 14 years with the company. He will step down from all executive roles including his directorships at Euroz and its operating subsidiary Euroz Securities. However, he will oversee a number of transactions including a mandated initial public offering on behalf of Euroz on a consulting basis.

David Moore has retired as non-executive deputy chair of Mincor Resources, due to his relocation overseas. Mr Moore was the founding director of Mincor and managing director from 1999 to 2016.
Martin Purvis has been appointed managing director and chief executive of MZI Resources. Mr Purvis has 30 years of experience in senior management and executive positions for major international companies, both public and private entities, across a broad base of diversified cultures, organisations, commodities, stock exchanges and regions. He succeeds Dr Stephen Ward, who has been holding an interim role, and will resume his former position as non-executive director.
Graham Griffiths will move from a non-executive director to a non-executive chair at Pointerra. He replaces Rob Newman who has retired as chair but will remain on the board as non-executive director.
Paul Hopper, executive director of Prescient Therapeutics, will move to a non-executive role on the board.
