Toby Hicks

Toby Hicks acts for a variety of clients, both private and public, including a number of ASX listed entities. He is very experienced in guiding clients through various transactional matters including initial public offerings and secondary capital raisings, asset acquisitions and disposals, mergers by both takeover and scheme of arrangement, and corporate reconstructions. He also has significant experience in the preparation and conduct of public company meetings. Mr Hicks graduated from the University of Notre Dame Australia with a Bachelor of Laws in 2001 and Bachelor of Business (Management) in 1997, both of which included study at the prestigious University of Notre Dame in the United States. He is also a Chartered Secretary. Mr Hicks is a Governor of the University of Notre Dame Australia and is a member of the School of Law (Fremantle) Advisory Board.
