Sandra Brewer

Prior to becoming the Western Australia executive director of the Property Council of Australia from August 2018 to February 2024, Sandra Brewer was the general manager of marketing for National Lifestyle Villages, and founder of brand consultancy Perceptive Marketing where she worked on brand strategies and campaigns for a wide range of clients including residential land developers, apartment project owners and construction companies.

Ms Brewer was politically active including holding positions on the Liberal Party State Executive, the North Metropolitan Upper House ticket, and nominated for pre-selection in Cottesloe upon the retirement of Colin Barnett. She has resigned from all positions in the Party. Ms Brewer had also nominated for Liberal Party pre-selection in the blue-ribbon state seat of Cottesloe in the 2025 election.
