Kent Quinlan
Kent Quinlan was acting chief executive of Empire Oil & Gas from December 2013 to May 2014, after previously serving as chief financial officer at Empire's JV partner ERM Power. In 2016 he was unsuccessful in an attempt to win election to Empire's board.
