Dr Dave Goddard has worked for two decades in the area of change management, particularly between Aboriginal communities and the public and private sector entities. He has worked with metropolitan, rural and remote Aboriginal communities throughout Australia for more than 20 years, both in education as a principal and district director in the Department of Education and as a private consultant.
