WorkFocus Group

Founded in Perth by Cynthia Davis and Rob Gordon in 1989, the WorkFocus Group became a major privately-owned business in the occupational rehabilitation and employment services sectors. Providing services to make a real and measurable impact on employment opportunities for people with injury, illness, disability, mental health issues and disadvantage across Australia, the WorkFocus Group grew to employ over 400 people across 26 locations. The group included WorkFocus Australia, atWork Australia, Kairros and LabourNet.

In 2016 WorkFocus Group was combined with Melbourne-based IPAR to become Work Health Group, which is owned by US-based private equity firm The Riverside Company. It then became known as MedHealth in 2018.
