Workfocus looks offshore
Perth-based injury management consultant Workfocus has prepared a small war chest and is eyeing off expansion opportunities nationally and overseas.
Brent Stewart is the executive chair of Waveride Capital Ltd, a company he established in 2011 to assist private businesses with their growth, funding and value maximisation strategies. In this capacity, he provides a mixture of advisory services, board roles and investment funding. He is also chair of Surgical Specialties, PDC Global, WorkFocus Australia and Etherington, and a director of Argonaut. Mr Stewart has extensive experience in the marketing services industry, founding Market Equity in 1992 which grew to become one of Australia's largest privately-owned marketing services businesses. He sold Market Equity to a large multinational marketing services company (Aegis PLC) in 2005 and occupied various global chief executive roles for Synovate including overall leadership responsibility for over 50 countries, company strategy and management information systems.
