Sydney-based Tellus Holdings is an unlisted project development company developing a series of geological repositories for hazardous waste across Australia.
Its first project, developed during 2019 and 2020, is Sandy Ridge in WA's Goldfields region. The project has two revenue streams - from sale of kaolin clay and from storage of hazardous waste in the open pit mine, with an annual capacity of 100,000 tonnes waste materials and 40,000 tonnes kaolin clay.
