Synergy Plus (formerly ComputerCORP) was a ASX-listed company which purchased private Perth business ComputerCORP in 2006 in a backdoor listing worth $8 million through defunct public company Etick. In 2009 it spent $9.3 million in cash to acquire Synergy Plus, a subsidiary of Hyro International. In 2011, the company went into voluntary administration. It resurfaced in 2016 as part of a backdoor listing of VGW Gaming, but was once again delisted after failing to raise the required $3.5 million.
